Smartmotion error 37: Temperature abnormal

What it means

A temperature fault has been detected.

Likely causes

• Overheating from hard use or heat

Symptoms

• Code 37 on the LCD

How to fix it

1. Stop and let the bike cool down.
2. Turn the bike off.
3. Check all plugs for loose connections (Smartmotion uses sealed marine-rated plugs – pull straight apart and push fully back together).
4. Turn the bike on again.
5. If the code stays, contact your local Smartmotion dealer.
