What it means
Shown as a flashing '01 info'. The throttle signal is not normal, so the throttle may be disabled. The code clears once the fault is removed.
Likely causes
- Throttle connector loose or wet
- Damaged throttle or cable
- Throttle held open at switch-on
Symptoms
- 01 info flashes
- Throttle does not work
How to fix it
- Switch off straight away if the motor pulls on its own.
- Check the throttle springs back freely and its connector is pushed home.
- Switch the bike off, wait 10 seconds and switch it on again.
- If the code stays, take the bike to your dealer or an e-bike repair shop.
