What it means
MAHLE/ebikemotion technical sheet: the battery cells are out of balance. Leaving the battery on charge after it is full lets the cells balance.

- Unbalanced battery cells
- Faulty charger

How to fix it
- Charge the battery and leave it on the charger for 1–2 hours after it is full.
- If the error stays, try another (original) charger.
- If it still stays, visit an authorised dealer; the battery may need replacing.
