Bosch error 522000: Magnet interfering with torque sensor

Ride with caution. Assistance may be switched off, but Bosch says you can always keep pedalling without the motor.
What it means
A magnet near the pedals or cranks is disturbing the torque sensor, so the drive unit cannot give assistance.
Likely causes
- Magnet (e.g. accessory, phone mount) near the crank or pedals
Symptoms
- Code 522000
- No assistance
How to fix it
- Remove the magnet from near the pedals/cranks.
- Switch the eBike system off, wait a few seconds, then switch it on again.
- If the code comes back, contact your Bosch eBike dealer.
How urgent is it?
Restart first; see a Bosch eBike dealer if it keeps coming back.
