Bosch error 410: On-board computer button blocked

What it means

One or more buttons on the on-board computer (the display) are blocked or not responding. This is usually caused by dirt getting into the buttons.

Likely causes

• Dirt or grit stuck in a display button
• Button held down or jammed

Symptoms

• Code 410 on the display
• Display buttons do not respond

How to fix it

1. Check whether any display button is stuck.
2. Clean around the buttons with a soft damp cloth (no pressure washer, no detergent).
3. Switch the eBike system off, wait a few seconds, then switch it on again.
4. If the code comes back, contact your Bosch eBike dealer.
