What it means
Two or more eBike components cannot communicate properly. Bosch says the connections need checking.
Likely causes
- Loose or damaged system cable or plug
Symptoms
- Code 424 on the display
- Assistance may cut out
How to fix it
- Switch the eBike system off, wait a few seconds, then switch it on again.
- Ask your Bosch eBike dealer to check the plugs and cables. Do not open any component yourself.
