ASSIST: Assistance level (iWoc colour)

Change assist with a short press of the iWoc button.

What it does

A short press shows the current assist level by colour; press again while it flashes to change level. Afterwards the LED goes back to showing battery charge.

Typical values

  • White: no assistance
  • Green: level 1
  • Orange: level 2
  • Red: level 3

Before you change it

  • Red here is an assist level, not a warning.
  • Assist limits are legal limits: EU/UK/AU/NZ pedelecs may only assist up to 25 km/h (250 W rated), US classes are limited to 20 mph (Class 1/2) or 28 mph (Class 3). Raising limits can make the bike illegal on roads and void warranty and insurance.
