Stop riding. If the code stays after the steps, stop using and charging the battery until a dealer checks it.
What it means
The battery has detected a fault. If it does not clear, Bosch says not to charge or use the battery.

- Connect it to the Bosch charger for at least 10 seconds.
- Refit the battery and restart the eBike.
- If the error remains, do not charge or use the battery. Contact your Bosch eBike dealer.
